
Ulric Warner has had more than twenty-five years working experience in Human Resources at the executive level. His experience spans several industries including oil and gas, manufacturing and financial services. He has worked internationally in Nigeria and Indonesia and his working experience spans all facets of the HR function.
Mr. Warner led a former employer to attain the Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence and Innovation for work he completed on the Trinidad Benchmarking Consortium and the establishment of the EFQM quality system for business excellence.
He has written several articles on different aspects of human resources and also produced a paper on Productivity and Culture. His current area of interest is leadership and the impact leadership has on the success of organizations.
Mr. Warner is a trained trainer and facilitator and has conducted training and facilitation sessions in Trinidad and Tobago and several islands within the Caribbean and also internationally.
Mr. Warner has facilitated several guest lectures at the Arthur Lok Jack Business School and is currently the Lecturer for the HR component of the Master’s in Entrepreneurial Studies.
An honours graduate of UWI St. Augustine in Industrial Management and the holder of an Executive Master’s In Business Administration, Mr. Warner also completed the Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and is a true believer in lifelong learning.
