MTS - Divisional Manager - Security

The Divisional Manager, Security (DMS) is responsible for policies, procedures and programmes that will assure well-secured facilities, placing maximum emphasis on leading a staff in the positive response to the concerns and needs of clients, environmental health and safety, and quality service, in accordance with client contracts. He/she is responsible for achievement of business and strategic goals and Key Performance Indicators as identified in MTS’ Strategic Plan and in Divisional Work/Business Plans. He/she is an active, positive, and collaborative contributor to the MTS Executive Management and Leadership Team.

  • Minimum of 8-10 years progressive security management experience with at least 5 years at the level of Security Manager involving development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of security management systems.
  • Required: MBA or MSc in a relevant specialisation – Security Management, Law Enforcement or Criminology.
  • Desirable: Industry relevant specialised certification.
  • Excellent computer and systems knowledge; strong literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
